To combat the rain in classic British style I've always been a Barbour girl but right now my Barbour has seen better days and the poor thing is crying out to be re waxed so I'm elated to introduce this contemporary interpretation of the rain jacket from Rains into my wardrobe. The relaxed fit gives you the ability to pile up the layers underneath thus creating the perfect autumn cover up. [FYI you can chuck this beaut in on a 30 degree cycle and it will come out sparkling new] In fitting with the classic and modern mix of the jacket I've paired it with a striped piece from the new highly anticipated Norse Projects A/W15 women collection, which for S/S16 will be available to buy at Finch. Excellent news for Norwich not so good for my bank balance...
After a week of 12 hour nightshifts a bold red lip was needed to disguise my exhausted face. The weeks seem to be running away from me right now, it only feels like yesterday we were back in May booking our tickets to return to Australia now it's only TWO WEEKS till we fly. I haven't decided how to tackle blogging and Instagram while I'm away, wether I'll schedule posts, document while I'm out there, or completely go cold turkey and take a break from it all I just don't know and is probably a hurdle I'll tackle even closer to the time. Thoughts welcome though.
