It has rained relentlessly over the past 3 days, the leaves have started falling and I've been forced to crank the heating on twice this week, I determined those 3 factors to be a justifiable cause in finally muttering the 'A' word. Unashamedly I'm quite contented in accepting Autumn is almost here, it's not that I dislike summer weather I just have a distaste towards summer dressing, so I'm already jumping at any chance to add a second layer [still feels too premature for a third - the coat].
As the temperature declines I typically begin to layer jumpers over shirts [ground breaking - I know] but wearing a long sleeve knit over a shirt can often feel uncomfortable. There's all that trouble with shirt sleeves bunching up inside the jumper and if you get too hot you're pretty much guaranteed a creased mess under that jumper! Enter the long line sleeveless knit, this high neck ribbed number from COS [surprise surprise] makes for easy comfortable autumn layering. Not so autumnal where you are you?
