Connected fitness brand Speediance has unveiled two major products designed to enhance home-based exercise routines, following the completion of its Series A funding round. The company has launched the VeloNix Stationary Bike, a new addition to its product range, along with an updated version of its popular Gym Monster, now the Gym Monster 2. Both products aim to provide users with a high-tech, efficient, and accessible workout experience at home.
Liu Tao, founder and CEO of Speediance, expressed excitement over expanding the company’s offerings into new areas of fitness technology. “At Speediance, we are committed to providing versatile, high-quality equipment that meets our customers’ diverse fitness needs and are thrilled to be venturing into a new category with the VeloNix Stationary Bike,” said Mr Tao. “With both VeloNix and Gym Monster 2, we are forging a path in smart-home innovation for fitness enthusiasts and making smart, accessible fitness more convenient for everyone.”
The VeloNix Stationary Bike, Speediance’s first foray into indoor cycling, is designed to deliver a more immersive and dynamic workout experience for users at all fitness levels. Featuring advanced motor-controlled resistance, smart technology integration, and realistic cycling simulation, the VeloNix is set to offer a precision-driven experience similar to a road-based cycle.
Key features of the VeloNix include motor-controlled resistance that ensures accurate resistance and power control, enhancing workout safety by eliminating the risks associated with pedal coasting. The smart technology embedded in the VeloNix provides real-time data on key metrics like speed, power, and cadence, enabling users to optimise their performance with each ride. In addition, a combination of spin bike and indoor trainer elements aims to offer an authentic road-like cycling simulation, making the VeloNix ideal for fitness enthusiasts seeking a realistic indoor cycling experience.
Alongside the VeloNix, Speediance has also released the Gym Monster 2, an upgraded version of its best-selling home gym system. The Gym Monster 2 now includes an expanded movement library, professional-led training classes, and enhanced features that incorporate advanced artificial intelligence and Velocity-Based Training (VBT) technology. With a new AI Coach feature, the Gym Monster 2 provides tailored training sessions by recommending optimal weights and resistance levels for specific exercises.
The updated Gym Monster model is designed to enhance the overall workout experience with improvements to its design and user interface. It is lighter and more space-efficient than its predecessor, while also offering advanced speaker quality and a new cooling system. These upgrades contribute to a more comfortable and immersive home training environment for users.
With these launches, Speediance aims to make high-quality, technology-driven home fitness more accessible. Both the VeloNix Stationary Bike and Gym Monster 2 are expected to appeal to a broad range of fitness enthusiasts, from beginners to seasoned athletes, as the brand strengthens its position in the connected fitness market. The VeloNix Stationary Bike is priced at $2,299 on the Speediance website , while the Gym Monster starts at $3,390 on the Speediance website, early buyers can now lock in special discounts.
